FOR ADS TO APPEAR WE NEED 
YOUR SPONSORSHIP BY APRIL 1st!

Sponsors may have ads in our program
Your business will not be published in the program unless you sponsor us.

Our advertising space is 7.5”x 10” interior for an 8.5" x 11" booklet
Sponsor $200 - Full page
Sponsor $125 - Half page (horizontal or vertical)
Sponsor $75 - Quarter page 
Sponsor - $50 Business card 

Our program alone cost $3.45 cents each to professionally print in 2006. 
We need sponsorships to also help pay for other expenses at the festival.

We are considering a color cover, 
please let us know if you are interested in sponsoring it.

The back cover will be available for advertising.

Considering Vending?
Please read! 
Our rules have been updated.

1. Vendors MUST commit to all three days of the festival. No exceptions.

2. You must provide your own tent, table and chairs. Tent size is limited to 20 x 20.

3. We will ask all vendors to make a donation of an item/goods (equivalent of $40 or more) to our Land Fund Raffle & Auction which is held on Saturday. Please be as generous as you can!

4. Set-up is between 12 noon and 8 pm Thursday. Vendors spaces are first come, first serve, so be sure to get there early! Anyone who is not set up on Thursday by 8 pm will not be able to vend. Break down is after 4pm Sunday. Do not leave early.

5.You may not leave your car in the vending area past 8 pm Thursday. 
Cars are for unloading/loading only on Thursday, and they are NOT PERMITTED in the area for the duration of the festival. We suggest you bring a cart if you need to transport your goods into a car/van/truck by hand at the end of the day. RVs are by arrangement ONLY - you must speak with us.

6. You may camp behind your vending tent ONLY if arrangements are made in advance (in limited areas). Otherwise please plan on camping elsewhere on the site in regular camping areas.

7. If you have special requirements, please let us know, but be aware this is a primitive site! No electricity, no running water! 

8. After you speak with us, you must reserve by vendors application. 

9. Admission price an issue? Please consider becoming a presenter at the festival and receive free admission. Call for details.

10. We ask that your wares be culturally appropriate and respectful. IE: If you are not a Native American artist, please do not sell Native style goods made by non-Natives.

11. Vendors who fail to comply with our rules and restrictions may not vend again at our festival. Please keep this in mind and cooperate with festival staff at all times.
